The GM Gen 3 computer will arrive ready for your LS swap application.
The Tune is for a stock
2003-2005
6.0L / 4L60E
drive train. It is for the
DBW / Drive by Wire - Electronic throttle body
. This will work for the
03-05 Electornic Throttle Body
engines.
I only sell units with a Stock Tune to prevent damage to your engine.
The Following changes have been made to the program:
- VATS Disabled
- Speed Limiters set to Maximum
- Power Enrichment is Active
- Dual electric fans Enabled
- Fan 1: On@195   Off@185
- Fan 2: On@ 215  Off@205
The engine electrical connections needed are :
- Mass Air Flow Sensor (5 wire)
- Manifold Pressure Sensor
- Fuel Injectors
- TAC Module/Gas Pedal
- Throttle Body
- Crank and cam sensors
- Coil Packs
- Engine Temperature Sensor
- Front O2 Sensors
All other stock connections are not required such as Alternator codes, Fuel level and Fuel pump codes, Body Control Module Codes, etc..
If you'd like to use the speedometer output from the computer, include a "Note to Seller" when purchasing that includes your rear axle ratio and your rear tire size or rear tire diameter in inches. The speedometer output isn't necessary for the computer to operate the engine, it's only necessary for the correct speedometer reading.
