This is a very nice natural 1990 passenger vehicle single. It doesn’t look like a 31 year old plate! This style plate with the Centennial Celebration slogan is correct for 1987-1990 cars. This was Washingtons first graphic style plate. This one has very good color and gloss. Just a couple scratches and minor lower bolt hole wear. No cracks, No dents, No extra holes. It would look Awesome in you collection or on your classic! Please look at all the pictures closely as they are part of the description. YOM legal to use!
You can legally use this plate with the state of Washington under the year of manufacture law. (YOM) Any vehicle 30 years old or older that isn’t a daily driver can pay a one time fee to use vintage plates. A single or a pair. any questions just ask.
